A legal memo:

One day, I was sitting in my office and I was supposed to hold a meeting on behalf of my client with the presence of the person who proposed to sell him a property.

When the real estate seller entered the office, he warmed up to see the servant, and I, who did not know him, was very surprised!

But he said: “I have known you, Mr. Alavi, for many years, and due to your interference in the sale of my land, you did not allow me to make a deal.” Every case that was suddenly stopped, with my follow-ups, I reached the name of Alavi’s lawyer, who dissuaded his client and gave me the ratio of a fraudster (here he laughed nervously and continued), this happened to me in several real estate sales projects. Although you did not remember me well, this time my land offer is not a fraud and this land is safe.

In the same meeting, unfortunately, after reviewing the case and the history of the property, it was confirmed to me again that this time it is a fraud case, and I again dissuaded my client from buying that property. I thank God that I have prevented my clients from being harmed in transactions by carefully examining the cases.

Expertise and abilities:

Due to my expertise in the fields of mapping sciences, cadastre, topography, registration maps, preparation of the separate assembly report and proxies and mastering the laws of the real estate registration field, I have been very successful in solving registration cases.

How to do the job:

Briefly, the analysis and review of the case starts with the visit of the property and continues with the review of the available evidence and the completion of the incomplete documents from the relevant departments, and after the review and presentation of solutions and continuous follow-ups, it will finally lead to the completion of the case. According to Seyyed Mustafa Alavi, the details of this process are as follows:

Visiting the property and checking the location
Preparation of plate placement with an expert’s seal and inspection of the property’s four quarters
Checking the client’s available documents
Studying new evidence to complete the evidence and incomplete evidence
Organizing expert meetings with the presence of experts
Providing a solution to do the work
Carrying out the necessary tasks and continuous follow-ups in the registry office and other offices
Carrying out legal actions and completing the project.
