The amount of fine is equal to three times the updated price of those goods. Also, the monopolist must install a banner or sign above the door of his shop as a trade union violator, and he is also required to close his workplace for a month.
– Third time: If a person commits hoarding for the third time, his punishment is to sell all those goods and pay a fine. The amount of a person’s fine is equal to seven times the updated price of the hoarded goods. Mohtakar is also required to install a sign as a trade union violator on the door of his shop, and he must also close his workplace for three months.

Note 1: It should be mentioned that the crime and punishment are assigned to those who hoard goods regarding specific goods.
